Which Calculator Applies to You

Tick the ADGM Employee checkbox to use Annual Basic Wage ÷ 365 and remove the mainland two-year cap. Enter the higher of your basic wage or 50% of your total wage for the selected pay period. The tool uses the figure entered and does not verify the 50% rule.
Two employment categories fall outside the main calculator. DIFC employees are covered by the DIFC Employee Workplace Savings scheme, not the standard formula. They should check their DEWS account balance directly.
Domestic workers fall under a separate legal framework. Use the Domestic Worker Gratuity Calculator for household staff covered by FDL 9/2022. Results from that tool are also estimates only. Confirm entitlement with MOHRE before any final settlement.
The Notice Period Calculator covers UAE mainland private sector employees under Article 43 of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021. It estimates your last working day and settlement deadline based on the inputs you provide. Results depend on the accuracy of your contract terms, employment status, and the date entered. The tool does not cover DIFC, ADGM, or domestic worker frameworks. Verify all exit dates with your employer in writing before acting on any result.
